Yes. A buying agent on a GSC hub finds the maker, checks the product, reads the price and the shelf, and places the order intent in one call — a person on the maker's side signs it.
How do I get my SKUs onto a GSC hub?

How does an agent pay on a GSC hub?
On x402, the open standard the internet's machines pay by: the agent asks, is told what it owes, pays inside the call and is served, with a receipt that stays verifiable on chain. GSC takes USDC and Open USD on every hub.
